Autorun.inf access denied mcafee

To tell you a story from beginning. My brother gave me a usb to share and when I plug it in my laptop, I got this autorun. So I went to the Google and searched how to delete the autorun. I heard that I can delete it in command prompt. I went to the command and type "attrib -h -r -s autorun. I went to the usb and I found the autorun. When I tried to delete it, it said "Access is denied. You require permission from the computer's administrator to make changes to this file".

Same goes to in Safe Mode. There is no Security tab in autorun properties. Also I downloaded Autorun Virus Remover and it's not working. And I tried vaccine the usb in Panda Antivirus and it's not working. It's still there. And then I click-right on the usb and format it to clean everything and autorun is still there, not remove completely. And finally I tried the "Take Ownership" on the autorun.

I tried to delete it and nothing work. That is all what happened. Possible cause: The distribution point might not be accessible to SMS Distribution Manager running on the site server.
